D Rob Scuderi

Known as ‘Scuds’ among the Penguins faithful, Rob Scuderi last season was a huge surprise. Before last season, many Pens fans (including myself) scoffed at the thought of Scuderi becoming a dependable defensemen in the Penguins lineup. Surprisingly though, he’s become just that and has caught the eye of many fans by his play. Though expect Scuderi to be the odd man out in the 7-man defensive system for the Penguins, unless someone goes down with an injury.
